  • If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or struggling with anxiety, trauma, or low confidence, therapy can provide a safe space to explore and move forward. You don’t need to have everything “figured out”, many people come simply wanting to feel better or gain clarity.

  • Starting therapy can feel daunting, which is why I offer a free 20-minute introductory session via telephone. This allows us to discuss your goals, explore what you would like to achieve in therapy, and see if we’re a good fit to work together.

  • Everyone’s journey is different. Some people benefit from just a few sessions, while others choose longer-term support. Together, we’ll review your progress regularly and decide what feels right for you.

  • Yes. What you share in sessions stays private and confidential. The only exceptions are rare circumstances where safety is at risk, and I’ll always explain these clearly before we begin.

  • I am an integrative counsellor, trained in a range of therapeutic approaches. This allows me to be flexible and tailor my services to each client’s needs. I work in a safe, non-judgmental, compassionate, and empathetic manner to help you find a way forward through the challenges you face.

    • Integrative Counsellor  with specialist qualifications in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

    • EMDR Practitioner, trained in helping clients process trauma.

    • Currently studying Clinical Hypnotherapy to support clients with phobias, trauma, weight loss, smoking cessation, and IBS.

    • Significant experience in supporting survivors of domestic and narcissistic abuse, trained at diploma level.

  • I offer a free 20-minute introductory call to explore your goals and see if my approach feels right for you. Subsequent sessions are 50 minutes, providing structured time to work through challenges and strategies.

  • That doesn’t mean therapy isn’t right for you, it just means you may not have found the right approach or connection yet. Every therapist works differently, and my integrative style allows us to adapt sessions to suit your needs and pace. Many clients who felt discouraged in the past have found new progress and healing here.

  • I work with a variety of clients, including:

    • Adults

    • Older adults

    • Young people

  • Yes, I offer flexible therapy options including in-person, online, and telephone sessions to suit your preferences and needs.

  • Life happens, and I understand. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give me at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may still be charged.

  • All pricing information can be found on my Book Appointment page. This ensures everything is always clear and up to date.
